Speaker Bio: Dr. Philippa Boulle, MBBS(Hons), MPH, DTMH, is the Non-Communicable Diseases Advisor and leader of the Chronic Diseases group inMedecins Sans Frontieres Switzerland (MSF). Prior to this she worked as the polyvalent medical advisor for an operational desk, being the medical responsible for the operations of MSF interventions in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, South Sudan, Honduras and Mexico. She has previously worked in various MSF projects in clinical and coordination roles, in Sri Lanka, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia and Lebanon. Philippa studied public health majoring in international health at the Burnet Institute in Melbourne. Her earlier medical career in Australia involved work in family medicine, and rural and indigenous health.
