The Canada Gairdner Global Health Award is an annual award of $100,000 CND given to an individual scientist who has made “major scientific advances in any one the four areas of basic science, clinical science, or population or environmental health that have or have the potential to make a significant impact on health outcomes in the developing world” for the 2016 Canada Gairdner Global Health Award.
The recipient will be announced on March 23, 2016 in Toronto, and be presented at the awards dinner on October 27, 2016. |
